Willis Clive Burdick, age 87, husband of 36 years to Sharon Lynn Cain Burdick, passed away Sunday October 29, 2023.  Willis was born May 12, 1936 in Yonkers, New York to the late Willis Clive Burdick and Rose Eleanor Lamb Burdick.

Willis was a retired Standardization Manager for Verizon, with over 30 years of service. He received his bachelor's degree in forestry from Syracuse University and was a U.S. Navy Veteran. He, along with his wife Sharon raised and showed Paso Fino Horses for over 30 years. Willis was an avid golfer and an assistant Pro Golf instructor. He enjoyed dancing and had taught ballroom dance in previous years.  He also enjoyed restoring old cars and loved corvettes.  Most of all Willis loved his family and worked hard to take care of each of them.

Including his wife Sharon, Willis is survived by his daughters, Tracy Lynn Braziel of Lawrenceburg, Jennifer Burdick Hoarding of New York, and Leighanne Wallace of CA; a sister, Carol Kirn and her husband Peter of CA; two grandchildren, Dietrick Reed Braziel and his fiancée Caitlin Elizabeth Martin and Talynn Brooks Braziel; two great grandchildren Kaiden & Elliana.
