William Houston Shelton, 48, of Lawrenceburg, husband of Teri Reynolds Shelton, passed away Saturday, September 16, 2017 at his home. Houston was born June 13, 1969 and is the son of William Rice "Billy" and Bernice Ruble Shelton of Lawrenceburg.

Houston was a 1987 graduate of Anderson County High School and attended Eastern Kentucky University. He is an employee of Jim Bean Distillery in Frankfort.

Along with his wife and parents, Houston is also survived by a daughter, Harlee Rene Shelton of Lawrenceburg; his sister, Billie Jo Shelton (Marco) Gonzalez of McKinney, TX; a nephew, Nicholas Gonzalez; and a niece, Alexis Gonzalez.

Houston chose cremation with private family services.
