William Delbert "Bubby" Newby, II, 59, son of the late William Delbert Newby and grandson of the late Ellen L. Steele, passed away Tuesday, November 1, 2016.
He was loved by his family and friends. Family can be reached by calling his sister, Billie Sue Newby (502) 680-0290.
Graveside services will be 1:00 PM Wednesday, Nov. 2nd at Sand Spring Cemetery. No public visitation will be held.
Arrangements are entrusted to the Ritchie & Peach Funeral Home.
