Wanda Drury Funeral Service Live Broadcast

Wanda Lavern McGaughey Drury, 63, wife of 46 years to Jackie Drury, passed away January 20, 2021 at her home surrounded by her loving family.  Born August 30, 1957 in Shelbyville, KY, Wanda was the daughter of the late Marshall McGaughey and Louise Waldridge McGaughey.

A 1975 graduate of Western High School and a member of the Van Buren Baptist Church, Wanda formerly worked at Texas Instruments in Versailles and later as a custodian at the Anderson Middle School.  She deeply loved her family and especially her grandchildren.

Including Jackie her husband, Wanda is survived by her two children, Brian Drury of Indianapolis, IN, and Stacy Duke and her husband David of Versailles; two grandsons, Kyle Drury and Tyler Duke; her siblings, Helen (husband Larry) Hood of Chaplin, Lonnie (wife Linda) McGaughey of Lawrenceburg, and Shelia McGaughey of Chaplin; and her father and mother-in-law, Tommy and Betty Warford of Lawrenceburg.

Visitation will be held from 4 – 8 pm Friday and after 10 am until the time of service Saturday at the Ritchie & Peach Funeral Home.

Funeral service will be 12 noon Saturday at the Ritchie & Peach Funeral Home with Rev. Steve Drury and Bro. Lee Smith officiating.  Burial will follow in the Lawrenceburg Cemetery.

Serving as pallbearers will be David Duke, Tyler Duke, Kyle Drury, Pat Coulter, Jake Hood, Kalan Hood, and Logan Jones.
