Tina Marie Smith Hourigan, 57, passed away, Tuesday, July 21, 2020 at the St. Joseph East Hospital in Lexington.  Tina was born July 7, 1963 in Lexington, Kentucky.

Tina was a former Administrative Assistant with the Vandenberg Air Force Base.  Tina loved playing practical jokes on her family and friends.  She loved animals, music and dancing.

She is survived by her daughter, Tamra Wells of Lexington;  two grandsons, London Allen and Charles Lakeland;  a brother, Barry Smith and his wife Michele of Frankfort;  and her companion, Jon Moore.

No services are scheduled.  Cremation was chosen.
