Thelma Luella Johns Grant, 89, passed away October 9, 2019 at the Frankfort Regional Medical Center.  Born August 18, 1930 in Cleveland, OH, Thelma was the daughter of the late Garfield and Luella Pritchard Johns.

Along with her parents, Thelma was preceded in death by her husband Thomas Wayne Grant, Sr. and her siblings Garfield Johns and Arda McCarthy.

Thelma formerly worked as a Registered Nurse and loved her special dog "Spike".

Thelma is survived by her four children, Dionne Fields (husband Steve) of Lawrenceburg, Thomas Wayne Grant, Jr. (wife Donna Kim) of Versailles, Jeffrey Scott Grant (wife Lisa) of Lexington, and Lonnie Jay Grant of Louisville; 9 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; and her best friend Lee Morgan of Arkansas.

A graveside service will be held Monday, October 21 ^st beginning at 3:30 PM at Bluegrass Memorial Gardens in Nicholasville, KY.
