Teresa Renee Howell King, 49, wife of James Rutland King, passed away Tuesday, August 24, 2021 at the Frankfort Regional Medical Center.  She was born in Frankfort, KY to Marcella Grubbs Boblett and the late James William Howell on March 21, 1972.

An Administrative Specialist III with Division of Child Care in CHFS, , Teresa formerly was a member of the Church of the Nazarene and most recently attended the Lawrenceburg First Baptist Church.

Including her husband and mother, Teresa is also survived by children, Brett Howell of Frankfort, James M. King of Lexington, and Shana King (Tammy Lee) of Nashville; two grandchildren, Aaron Terhune and Sarah Barnett; and three brothers, Paul (Laura) Boblett of Louisville, Rex (Veronica) Boblett of Boston, MA, and Jerry (Alejandra) Boblett of TN.

Visitation will be held on Friday, August 27 ^th from 3 – 5 PM followed by the service beginning at 5:00 PM at the Ritchie & Peach Funeral Home with Dr. Bob Ehr officiating.  Cremation will follow the services.
