Steven Michael Liles, 64, passed away Sunday, February 8, 2015 at the Frankfort Regional Medical Center. He was the husband of the late Vivian Mary Busch Liles, who died in August 2014. Born August 11, 1950 in Detroit, MI, he was the son of the late Harold E. and Irene Schultz Liles.

A former employee of the Lexington Clinic, Steven was an outstanding foster/adoptive parent. He served on the KPFC "KY Partnership for Families and Children for Mental Health Awareness, the RIAC, SIAC, and LIAC local, state, and regional Mental Health Boards. And in 2006 he and his wife received the Foster/Adoptive Family of the Year.

Steven is survived by five children, J.R. (Samantha) Liles-Meeks, Erica (Johnathan Peach) Liles, Candice Liles, Chris Liles, and Elizabeth Liles, all of Lawrenceburg; a grandson, Floyd Meeks; a sister, Connie Howlett of Michigan; a brother, Gary (Annie) Liles, Sr. of Arizona; and many nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held 2:00 PM Saturday, Feb. 14th at Ritchie & Peach Funeral Home with Rev. James Wheeler and Kim Black officiating. Visitation will be after 1:00 PM Saturday at the funeral home.
