Funeral Service Broadcast for Steven Keith Jeffries

Steven Keith Jeffries, age 66, passed away Wednesday, April 3, 2024 in Lexington, KY.  Steven was born October 21, 1957 to the late Rolland Eugene Jeffries and Emma Jean Cotton Jeffries.

Including his parents, Steven was preceded in death by a sister, Rhonda Kay Jeffries and a brother-in-law, Luther Davenport.

Steven retired from Schneider Electric after more than 40 years of employment. He was a member of Freedom Baptist Church and after becoming too ill to attend church, he watched Lawrenceburg First Baptist Church.  Steven loved all genres of music and was an avid UK Basketball fan.

Steven is survived by his sisters, Dawn Keeling (Don) of Salvisa, Lagenia Jeffries and Ann Leslie Davenport, both of Lawrenceburg; nieces and nephew, April Keeling, Jackie Cummins, Jodi Kaye Harrison, Joseph Adams IV, Haven Downing and Hailey Davenport; and several great nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M., Monday, April 8, 2024 at the Ritchie & Peach Funeral Home with Dr. Robert Ehr and Bro. Bob Logue officiating.  Burial will follow in the Lawrenceburg Cemetery.  Visitation will be Monday from 11:00 A.M. till time of service at 2:00 P.M.

Casket bearers will be Shane Cummins, Tyler Harrison, Jacob Downing, Lynden Nickens, Jamie Cole and Jonathan Cole. Honorary bearers will be Bobby Montgomery, Rickie Jeffries, Don Keeling, Gary Cole and Lynn Faulkner.
