Steven Randy Brown, age 34, passed away Monday, July 6, 2026 in Anderson County, KY. Steven was born May 15, 1992 in Frankfort, Kentucky to Beth Goosey Brown of Harrodsburg, Kentucky and the late Randy Dean Brown.

Steven was a baptized believer of Christ and a loving Dad. He was a graduate of Anderson County High School and from there began his career as  a construction worker. Steven worked for Walters Building, Isaiah House, along with several other companies and was currently a Crew Leader for David Alexander Construction.  He enjoyed hunting and fishing with his children.

Including his father, Randy, Steven was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Edward & Brenda Goosey.

Including his mother Beth, Steven is survived by his children Mallory and Jake Brown; two sisters, Rachel Brown of Lawrenceburg and Shannon Bigda of New York State; paternal grandmother, Gevania Brown of Lexington; paternal grandfather, Jesse Garland Brown of Lawrenceburg; step grandmother, Diane Gabhart of Lawrenceburg; uncles, Dwayne Brown of Lawrenceburg and Danny Goosey of Beattyville; and several very good friends.

Services for Steven will be held on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, at 7:00 P.M. at Ritchie & Peach Funeral Home with Bro. Derrick Sumerel officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday from 5:00 P.M. until the time of service at 7:00 P.M. Cremation will follow.

Honorary bearers will be Clint Walker, Zach Casey, Caleb Beasley, Josh Brown, Lucas Stevens, Keesan Penman and all the special friends he worked with.
