Richard Stephen "Steve" Westmoreland, 49, husband of 17 years to Michelle Westmoreland, passed away suddenly Friday, December 10, 2021.  Steve was born February 17, 1972 in Burkesville, KY to the late Harvey Hugh Westmoreland and Robby Nell Pritchard Westmoreland.

Including his parents, Steve was preceded in death by a sister, Carolyn Ann Bledsoe;  and a brother, Joseph John Westmoreland.

Steve worked for several carnivals since the age of 16.  He was also a mechanic, a farmer, and enjoyed riding motorcycles.

Including his wife Michelle, Steve is survived by three daughters, Skylen Baker (Dylan) of Columbia, KY, Kandus Heaton (Dakota) of Elton, KY, Jasman Broughton (Mark) of Pigeon Forge, TN;  five grandchildren, Derrick, Jacob & Ash Baker, Lilee Heaton and Alexander Broughton;  a brother, Harvey Westmoreland of Lawrenceburg;  a sister, Tammy Nell Brown; father-in-law, Robert Taylor, Marion, AR;  mother-in-law, Patricia Lockwood, OK;  and several nieces and nephews.
