Shirley Ann Ross, age 85, passed away, Tuesday, June 21, 2022 at Heritage Hall Signature Care in Lawrenceburg, KY.

Born May 26, 1937, in Mercer County, KY, she was the daughter of the late William and Christine Phillips Ross.  She was a longtime participant of the Mercer County Senior Citizens program, where she enjoyed many friendships.

She is survived by her sister, Thelma Ross Hobbs of California;  nieces, Terry Mayes and Kelly Mayes of California, Tracy Hayes of Alabama, Connie Thompson of Salvisa, Christie Ross of Georgetown, Diane Hosey of Midway, and Susan Brown of Harrodsburg;  nephews, Michael Black and Gregory Black, both of Harrodsburg;  and several great nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by sisters, Vernice Ross Million and Sarah Ross Black;  and brothers, Ralph Edward Ross and Lynn Gilbert Ross.

A graveside service will be held 11:00 A.M., Monday, June 27, 2022 at the Spring Hill Cemetery in Harrodsburg, KY.
