Shirley Devon Deacon Mullikin, 82, passed away March 3, 2021 at UK Bluegrass Hospice Care Center in Lexington.  Born May 23, 1938 in Anderson County, she was raised by the late Jerry & Hattie Colvin.

Shirley worked over 30 years at Heritage Hall in housekeeping and as a dietary aide.  She enjoyed working in her flowers, gardening, farming and her grandkids.

She is survived by children, Larry (Jennifer) Hays of Lawrenceburg, Ricky (Sue) Hays of South Carolina, Terry (Kathy) Hays, Trina Ann Hays, Mike (Christy) Mullikin, and Stephanie Day, all of Lawrenceburg; 10 grandchildren; and 10 great grandchildren.  She was predeceased by her sister Louise Warford.

A gathering of family and friends will be held from 5 - 7 PM on Friday, March 12, 2021 at the Ritchie & Peach Funeral Home.
