Shirley May Farmer Case, 79, wife of Harold R. Case, passed away September 28, 2026 at her home in Lawrenceburg.

Born on December 9, 1946 in Harlan County, KY, Shirley was a homemaker and a member of the Pleasant Hill Christian Church.  She enjoyed reading, painting art and bird houses.  But most of all she loved spending time with her husband and family.

Including Harold, her husband of 54 years, she is survived by her sons, Harold Willis Case (wife Rebecca) of Lexington and Charles Clayton Case of Lawrenceburg; four grandchildren, Jillian Case, Chris Case, Chloe and Alyssa Case; a sister, Shelby Jean Phillips of Lawrenceburg; and a brother, Otis Farmer of Washington.

Graveside services will be held on Monday, Oct. 5, 2026 beginning at 11:00 AM at the Lawrenceburg Cemetery pavilion led by Bro. Roy Temple, Jr.
