Funeral Service Broadcast for Sharon Phillips

Sharon Ann Ritter Phillips, 62, wife of 34 years to Tom Phillips, passed away March 18, 2025, at Jewish Hospital in Louisville, KY. Born in Harrodsburg, KY on March 9, 1963, Sharon was the daughter of Bobby Allen Ritter of Lawrenceburg, and the late Zelma Rae Cunningham Ritter.

Sharon attended Graefenburg Christian Church faithfully. She graduated with a degree in nursing from Midway College and was a dedicated nurse who prided herself on her knowledge of her profession. Sharon married her husband in 1991, and became a beloved wife and later a wonderful mother who was very giving and would do anything for her family.

Including her husband Tom and father Bobby, Sharon is survived by her two children, Matthew Phillips and Hannah Phillips both of Lawrenceburg; her brother, Scott Ritter (Pam) of Bowling Green, KY; and a niece, Shkala Smith (Alex) of Bowling Green, KY.

Funeral service will be 11:00 AM Tuesday, March 25, 2025 at Ritchie & Peach Funeral Home with Bro. Andrew Messenger officiating. Burial will follow in the Lawrenceburg Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5 – 8 PM Monday and after 10 AM on Tuesday.
