William Samuel "Sammy" Martin, age 50, passed away suddenly Saturday, August 9, 2025 in Lawrenceburg, Kentucky.

Sammy was born February 9, 1975 in Lexington, KY to Daniel William Martin and Alice Jean Harley Martin of Lawrenceburg.

Sammy was a former mechanic and watching drag racing was one of Sammy's favorite pastimes. He enjoyed the outdoors and spent time relaxing by fishing and riding 4-wheelers. But his greatest love and interest in life were his children, Clayton and Bailey.

Including his parents, Daniel & Alice, Sammy is survived by his son, Clayton Thomas Riddle and his wife Jade; his daughter, Bailey Paige Martin; his brother, Gregory Scott Martin; two nieces, Sidney Martin (Raven) and Miah Coulter (Chris); a nephew, Austin Martin; a great nephew, Cash Allen Coulter; a great niece, Lennon Dawn Coulter; special friends, Stacey McCarty and Adaline McCarty; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Sammy was preceded in death by a brother, Douglas Ray Martin, and an uncle Mike Martin.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at 7:00 P.M. Thursday, August 14, 2025 at Family Worship Center in Lawrenceburg. A time of visitation will be held from 5:00 P.M. till time of service at 7:00 P.M.
