Ruby Pacquiao Voils, 52, wife of Cecil Eugene Voils, passed away on Sunday June 8, 2025, at UK Hospital in Lexington, KY. She was born on February 8, 1973, in Cebu, Philippines, to the late Rosalito Mañego Pacquiao and Epifania Dolera Pacquiao.

She dedicated much of her life to caring for others, working as a Nurse Aide at Taylor Manor in Versailles, KY. She also attended services at St. Leo's Catholic Church. Ruby found great joy in spending time with family and celebrating holidays together. She loved cooking traditional Filipino dishes, traveling, and had recently enjoyed a trip to Chicago. Ruby also had a passion for singing and brought warmth and energy to those around her through her voice and spirit.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Don Pacquiao.

She is survived by her husband of twenty-one years, Cecil Eugene Voils; her children, Moriah Arghiana Miles Voils and Benjamin Voils (wife Kelly); stepsons, Bruce Voils and Cecil Voils, Jr.; grandsons, Adyn, Kolby, Jacob, and Noah; sisters-in-law, Mary Jane Pacquiao and Nancy Tackett; a nephew, Khaizen Pacquiao; and a special friend, Rachel Cole.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, June 20, 2025, at 1:30 PM at St. Leo Catholic Church located at 295 Huntertown Rd., Versailles, KY 40383.
