Roy Lynn Epperson, age 52, passed away Tuesday, March 28, 2023 in Frankfort, KY.  Roy was born October 21, 1970 in Barbourville, KY to Nollie Marie Ledford Rucker, and the late David Epperson.

Roy was a repair technician for Mike Shouse HVAC & Electric, and had just recently given his life to Christ.  He enjoyed fishing and hunting, and being on the go.  He always put the needs of others before himself, and worried more for them than himself.

Roy is survived by his mother and pop, Nollie and Mike Rucker of Lawrenceburg;  two daughters, Makayla Brookshier and husband Wyatt, and Allie Epperson, all of Lexington;  his sisters, Lisa Lewis and Patricia Temple husband Rick, all of Waddy;  his brothers, Terry Epperson and David Epperson, both of Lawrenceburg;  and his fiancée,  Kimberly Horn of Lawrenceburg.

Funeral service will be 2:00 P.M., Saturday, April 1, 2023 at the Ritchie & Peach Funeral Home with Bro. Roy Temple, Jr. officiating.  Burial will follow in the Pigeon Fork Cemetery with Mark Scrogham officiating.  Visitation will be Saturday, from 11 A.M., till time of service at 2 P.M., at the funeral Home.

Casket bearers will be Roy Lewis, Jerry Waldridge, Jamie Epperson, Hunter Nutgrass, Levi Brookshier and Justin Cox.  Honorary bearers will be David & Terry Epperson.
