Roger Steele Brown, 49, passed away August 18, 2021 in Harrodsburg, KY.  Born December 10, 1971 in Frankfort, Roger was the son of Charlene Peach Cornish and her husband Paul of Harrodsburg and the late John Steele Brown, Jr.

Along with his father, he was preceded in death by a brother Keith Allison Brown; and grandparents John Steele Brown, Sr. and Janice Stratton Peach.

An employee of Montebello Packaging in Lebanon, KY, Roger formerly worked as a mechanic and a welder.  He was a member of the Fellowship Baptist Church in Harrodsburg and attended the Mt. Freeman Baptist Church in Junction City.  Previously, for eight months Roger attended the Isaiah House Treatment Center in Willisburg, KY.

Including Charlene Paul, he is survived by his three children, Trevor Brown of Lexington, Jacie Brown and Maigan Brown of Lawrenceburg; sister Susan (Carter) Cutts of Lawrenceburg; step-brother Terry (Carla) Cornish of Harrodsburg; grandparents Minnie Brown and Charles Peach of Lawrenceburg; two nieces Gracee and Carsyn Cutts and a nephew Cruz Cutts; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Visitation will be from 11 am – 2:30 pm Tuesday, August 24 ^th followed by the service beginning at 2:30 pm Tuesday at the Ritchie & Peach Funeral Home.  Bro. Terry Cornish will officiate the service.  Burial will follow in the Lawrenceburg Cemetery.

Serving as pallbearers will be Doug Stockton, David Stockton, Adam Shryock, Carter Cutts, Cruz Cutts, and Austin Rogers.  Honorary bearers will be Gracee Cutts, Carsyn Cutts, and Mandy Rogers.
