Robert Lewis "Bobby" Rogers, 46, of Lawrenceburg, passed away Monday, June 27, 2016 at the U.K. Medical Center in Lexington. Born March 5, 1970, Bobby was the son of Mildred Ann Corn Rogers (Jim Cooley) of Lawrenceburg and the late Bernice Edward Rogers.

Bobby was a former employee of Florida Tile in Lawrenceburg and L & N Glass in Versailles. Known as a person who gave everything he had to anyone in need, Bobby enjoyed tinkering with model cars, working on radios and fishing when he was young. Later he enjoyed playing corn hole, working in the yard, and playing checkers with friends.

Along with his mother Mildred, Bobby is survived by two sons, Blake Rogers of Lawrenceburg and Austin Rogers of Frankfort, a grandson Brantley Rogers, and a brother David B. Rogers of Lawrenceburg. Including his father, Bobby was also preceded in death by a brother Joseph Dwayne Rogers.

In keeping with Bobby's wish cremation was chosen. No public services will be held.
