Ricky Lee "Chigger" White, Sr., 68, husband of Betty White, passed away November 16, 2022 at his home.  Born in Woodford County, KY on June 26, 1954, he is the son of Lucille Lancaster White of Lawrenceburg and the late William White.

A retired forklift mechanic for M H Equipment, Chigger also served over 20 years with the Anderson County Fire Department.  He enjoyed pulling mini hotrod tractors and was a member of the Wheels of Time Car Club.

Including his Betty, his wife of 43 years, he is survived by his sons, William Houston Christopher White (wife Jamie) and Ricky Lee White, Jr., both of Lawrenceburg; four grandchildren, Ashton White, Bryce White, Rhaegan White, and Jackson White; a sister, Donna Young of Lawrenceburg; and a brother, Larry White (wife Daisy) of Lawrenceburg.

Funeral service will be 11:00 AM Monday, Nov. 21. 2022 at Ritchie & Peach Funeral Home with Pastor Sabrina Sands and Bro. Roy Temple, Jr. officiating.  Burial will follow in the Lawrenceburg Cemetery.  Visitation will be 5 – 8 PM Sunday and after 9 AM Monday until the time of service.

Serving as casket bearers will be John Toppass, Robbie Champion, Ken Fredericks, Johnny Tindall, Bill Sands, Ashton White, and Larry White.  Honorary bearers will be Darrell Cornish, John Tinsley, Stanley Henderson, Eddie Gibson, Jackson White, Rhaegan, White, Bryce White, and several nieces and nephews.
