Richard R. "Rick" Pike, 61, husband of Angela Simpson Pike, passed away July 10, 2022 at his home in Anderson County, KY.  Born in Jefferson County on July 29, 1960, Rick is the son of George R. Pike of Louisville and the late JoAnn Kramer Pike.

Rick worked as a boat mechanic and previously as an employee of Texas Instruments in Versailles.  A member of the St. Lawrence Catholic Church, he was an avid member of the Kentucky Stamp Club and enjoyed fishing, working, stamp collecting, and loved his new granddaughter, Ella Catherine.

Including his father and Angela, his wife of 29 years, Rick is survived by three children, SSgt Christopher Shane Carey of NC, Abigail Marie Pike of Waddy, and Elizabeth Ann Borkowski (husband Steven) of Lawrenceburg, a granddaughter, Ella Catherine Borkowski, a sister, Michelle Brown (husband Bill) of Finchville, and a brother, Michael Pike (wife Lynn) of Louisville.

A memorial visitation for family and friends will be held 5 – 8 PM on Wednesday, July 13 ^th at the Ritchie & Peach Funeral Home, 701 N. Main St., Lawrenceburg KY.  The Funeral Memorial Mass will begin at 10 AM on Thursday, July 14 ^th at the St. Lawrence Catholic Church, 120 N. Gatewood Ave., Lawrenceburg, KY.   Cremation was chosen.
