Regina Jo (Blackburn) Caldwell, 72 passed away Wednesday, May 13, 2026, at her home in Lawrenceburg, KY. Born in Lexington, KY, she was the daughter of RT Blackburn & Elizabeth (Mclain) Blackburn.

Regina had a love for the outdoors and animals, especially horses. She spent 36 years working with horses at Shawnee farm in Harrodsburg, KY. Regina was a big fan of Bob Seger and loved his song, Old Time Rock & Roll. Most of all she loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Regina is survived by her husband of 44 years, Dickie Caldwell; her children, Heather Long, Jason Caldwell (Amanda Peach), and Phillip Caldwell all of Lawrenceburg; a daughter-in-law Mary Beth Caldwell; a bonus daughter, Chelsey Caldwell; her siblings; Susan Blackburn & Tony Blackburn; her grandchildren, Makayla Caldwell, Mackenzie Caldwell, Braydon Caldwell, Kryslee Caldwell, Hailey Yett, Tyson Yett, Kegan Yett, Connor Caldwell, Cameron Caldwell, Corbin Caldwell; and seven great-grandchildren.

Regina was preceded in death by a son, Dillard Caldwell Jr., and a brother Phillip Blackburn.

A Celebration of Life will be held Sunday, May 24, 2026 at 2:00PM. The gathering and celebration will take place at the residence of Dude Caldwell, 524 North Main St., Lawrenceburg, KY 40342.
