Lelar Pearl Cummins Ward, 90, passed away Friday, July 31, 2020 at Signature Health Care at Heritage Hall.  Born February 11, 1930 in Frankfort, KY, Pearl was the daughter of the late Elmer and Lois Cummins.

Along with her parents, Pearl was preceded in death by her husband Jesse Wilby Ward, Sr., a son, William Steve Ward, and her siblings, Elle, Dorothy, Coleman, and Trentice Cummins.

A member of the Lawrenceburg First Baptist Church, Pearl was a housewife and raised her nine children.

Pearl is survived by her children, Darlene Sylvia (Paul) Coffey of Lawrenceburg, Delbert Lee (Debbie) Ward of Winchester, Wanda Delores (Bill) Morrow, Linda Faye (Mike) Blacketer, Jesse W. Ward, Jr., Joyce Ann (Shelby) Warford, Edith Mae (Connie) Perry, and Brenda Sue Ward, all of Lawrenceburg; 29 grandchildren, 46 great grandchildren; 18 great-great grandchildren; and a brother, Luther Cummins of Frankfort.

Visitation will be 11 am – 2 pm Tuesday, August 4 ^th followed by the service beginning at 2:00 PM Tuesday at Ritchie & Peach Funeral Home.  Mike Blacketer will officiate the service.  Burial will follow in the Lawrenceburg Cemetery.
