Pauline Baxter Moore, 93, wife of the late Roy Hanley "Doc" Moore, Sr., passed away peacefully at her home Tuesday, September 15, 2015. Born August 13, 1922 in Anderson County, she was the daughter of the late Robert Lee and Nancy Ann Tinsley Baxter.

Along with her husband Doc, Pauline was the co-owner of the former Doc's Liquor Store in Lawrenceburg and a former employee f Dean & Shirk Thread Factory. She was a member of the Lawrenceburg First Christian Church and enjoyed her Bridge Club.

Survivors include three children, Nancy Ann Moore of Lawrenceburg, Roy H. Moore, Jr. of Frankfort, and Lee (Kim) Moore of Lawrenceburg; two grandchildren, Erin Elizabeth (Jody) Caldwell of Lawrenceburg and Jessica H. Rhorer of Louisville; two great grandchildren, Ethan and Jadyn Caldwell; and a sister-in-law, Betty Baxter of Lawrenceburg;

Including her husband and parents, Pauline was preceded in death by two sisters, Margaret and Edna Baxter, and two brothers, Curt and Teater Baxter.

Funeral services will be 1:00 pm Thursday, Sept. 17th at First Christian Church, 300 S. Main St., Lawrenceburg, KY. The service will be officiated by Rev. James Wheeler, Rev. Cliff Pike, and Pastor Terry Cooper. Burial will follow in the Lawrenceburg Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11 am – 1 pm Thursday at the church.

John McWilliams, Jerry and Billy Crawford, George Geoghegan, Tom Smith, and George Hanks will serve as pallbearers. Honorary bearers will be Ron "Bubba" McCulloh, Bill Patrick, Hillary Trent, Gilbert Baxter, and Tom B. Ripy.

Memorials in memory of Pauline are suggested to the First Christian Church, 300 S. Main St., Lawrenceburg, KY 40342.
