Olga Mae Edwards Chilton, 88, wife of the late Calvin Coolidge Chilton, passed away Friday, April 24, 2020 at Signature Healthcare – Heritage Hall in Lawrenceburg, KY.  Born January 9, 1932 in Estill County, KY, Olga was the daughter of the late Eli Palestine Edwards and Ethel Reed Edwards.

Along with her husband and parents, Olga was preceded in death by her siblings, Gardner Edwards, Jennings Edwards, Rutherford Edwards, Leslie Edwards, Irene Cunningham, Imogene Edwards, and Bruce Edwards.

Olga, along with her family, attended Sand Spring Baptist Church.  She was a former employee of IGA, Kenwell, and worked as a lunchroom lady and farmed.  Most recently, Olga worked as a cashier at Kroger in Lawrenceburg, where she dearly loved her Kroger family.

Olga is survived by her children, Gary A. Chilton and his wife Lynn and Cindy Abell and her husband Tony, both of Lawrenceburg; four grandchildren, Nena (husband Luis) Velasquez, Cody Able, Jacob (wife Autumn) Able, Jason A. (wife Katrina) Chilton; 6 great grandchildren; and a brother, Orville Edwards of North Carolina.

Private services will be held at the Ritchie & Peach Funeral Home.  Dr. Mike Hamrick will officiate.  Burial will follow in the Lawrenceburg Cemetery.
