Norma Jean Middleton Lisenbee, 76, of Lexington passed away Sunday, March 29, 2015 at the U.K. Chandler Medical Center. Born September 2, 1938 in Harlan County, KY, she was the daughter of the late Wilburn and Fannie Rhoades Middleton.

She worked as a nursing assistant at Lexington Country Place and was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

She is survived by a daughter Clara Stewart of Lexington; two sisters, Bernice Rains of TN and Flora Mae Peggs of Lawrenceburg; and 3 grandchildren. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by a son, Aaron Darrell Middleton, and two sisters, Joyce Redman and Phyllis Stewart.

Cremation was chosen and a memorial service will be held in Lexington at a later date.

The Ritchie & Peach Funeral Home in Lawrenceburg is in charge of arrangements.
