Norma Dean Daniels Leathers, 53, of Salvisa, wife of Garland Leathers, passed away Thursday, January 9, 2020 at her home.  Born April 16, 1966 in Wayne County, KY, Norma was the daughter of the late Oliver and Alice Raines Daniels.  She was raised by her sister-in-law Nancy Daniels.

Along with her parents, Norma was preceded in death by three sisters, Pearl Prince, Wanda Hayes and Phyllis Garlen; and two brothers, Gary Daniels and Larry Daniels.

Norma worked as a tile handler with Florida Tile for 27 years.  She enjoyed fishing and loved taking her granddaughter to yard sales.  In her younger years, she enjoyed playing softball.

Including her husband, Norma is survived by her daughter Jaclyn (Lisa Shanks) Doss of Lawrenceburg; three step-children, Jason Leathers, Tich Blacketer, and Nicki Leathers; 7 step grandchildren; and two brothers, Dallas (Carletta) Daniels of Salvisa and Woodrow (Doris) Daniels of Monticello.

A gathering of family and friends will be held on Monday, January 13, 2020 from 4 – 7 PM followed by a service at 7:00 PM at Ritchie & Peach Funeral Home, Lawrenceburg, KY.  Norma's brother, Bro. Dallas Daniels will officiate the service.  Cremation will follow the services.
