Noretta A. von Helm, 78, passed away May 21, 2025 at her home in Lawrenceburg, KY.  Born in Dearborn, Michigan on November 30, 1946, Noretta was the daughter of the late Edward C. Helm and Norberta Jean Vernier Helm.

Including her parents, Noretta was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Wendy Carter and her Grandson, Thomas Ray Jenkins.

A member of Hope Community Church, Noretta was a former employee at Walmart in Frankfort and previously worked at Starbucks in Frankfort and Georgetown.  She also served as a Feeding Team Member with Kentucky Baptist Disaster Relief and served on a number of deployments.

She is survived by her four children, Sandra Louise Farnsworth of Barberton, OH, Brandon Carter (wife Debra) of Lawrenceburg, Brian Carter of Lawrenceburg, and Amanda Davis (husband Christopher) of Clarksville, TN; six grandchildren; seven great grandchildren.

Cremation was chosen.

A time of visitation with the family will be held from 2:00 – 3:00 PM followed by a memorial service at 3:00 PM Sunday, May 25, 2025 at Hope Community Church, 5930 US-127 Frankfort, KY 40601.  Dr. Jeff Eaton will officiate the service.
