Mildred Ann King Glasgow, 66, wife of 45 years to Donald Glasgow, passed away Wednesday, December 9, 2020.  Mildred was born October 12, 1954 in Frankfort, KY to the late Kenneth E. King and Barbara A. Bickers King.

Including her parents, Mildred was preceded in death by an infant sister, Wanda Lee King.

Mildred was a former administrative assistant with Edwards Sausage, and was a proud veteran of the U.S. Navy.  Mildred graduated in 1972 from Henry County High School, and received her associates degree through GI bill in business from Western Nevada College.  She was a member of the Fox Creek Christian Church, and the Pairs and Spares Sunday School Class.  Mildred loved her fur babies, Angel & Bella, who were always by her side.  She loved the color purple, butterflies and was an avid Elvis fan.   Her greatest joy however was her family, and her five grandchildren, whom she loved dearly.

Including her husband Donald, Mildred is survived by two sons, William E. Glasgow and his wife Courtney of Versailles, James P. Glasgow and his wife Samantha of Lawrenceburg;  two sisters, Jan Campbell and her husband Donnie of Lawrenceburg, and Sharon Donnell and her husband Kelly of  Carrollton, Georgia;  five grandchildren, Kira, Parker, Twila and Vincent Glasgow and Floyd Meeks; brother-in-law Ralph Glasgow and his wife Jeanette of Sherwood, Arkansas.

Private services will be observed with Bro. Tim Wells officiating.  Burial with military honors will follow at the Camp Nelson National Cemetery in Jessamine County.

Casket bearers will be James Glasgow, Donnie Campbell, Stuart Pierce, Wayne King, Tim McLaughlen and Rob Murphy.  Honorary bearers will be her grandchildren.

To abide by the regulations set forth by the State of Kentucky all persons attending a visitation or funeral (public or private) will be required to wear a face covering and practice social distancing.  Twenty five people, chosen by the family may attend the services at the funeral home/church will be in practice.  Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
