Michelle Lyn Jones Carlton, age 54, wife of 11 years to Earl Thomas "Tommy" Carlton, Jr., passed away Saturday, April 27, 2024 in Lexington, KY.  Michelle was born September 30, 1969 in Louisville, KY to the late Larry Jones, Sr. and June Davenport Jones.

Michelle was a Christian and loved her Bible Study time.  She was a Homemaker and a former Retail Manager. She enjoyed cooking, canning, crafts and art.

Including her husband Tommy, Michelle is survived by her children, Brittany Montgomery (D.J.) of Evansville, IN, Starr Lewis (Aaron) of Harrodsburg, KY, Bryce Harp (Bekah) of Lawrenceburg; her step children, Valerie Manley (Brandon), Calvin Carlton (Katie) and Makayla Carlton, all of Lawrenceburg and Miranda Carlton (Josh) of Lancaster; grandchildren, Ezra Irene Mosher, Jaxxon Cash Culver, Wyatt Carlton, Amelia Carlton, Eli Smith, Mia Smith and Alayna Shae Clark, and two grandchildren on the way; several step grandchildren; and a sister, Jennifer Justice of Louisville.

Including her parents, Michelle was preceded in death by a daughter, Angel Zoel Lewis; and her brother, Larry Jones, Jr.

Funeral service will be 1:00 P.M., Thursday, May 2, 2024 at the Ritchie & Peach Funeral Home with Bro. Noal Cotton, Jr. officiating.  Burial will follow in the Lawrenceburg Cemetery.  Visitation will be Thursday from 11:00 A.M. till the time of service at 1:00 P.M.
