Mary Lucille Perry Funeral Service Broadcast

Mary Lucille Hatchett Perry, 104, wife of the late Bro. E. Paul Perry passed to her Heavenly home on Tuesday, September 24, 2024 at Frankfort Regional Medical Center. Born January 20, 1920 in Sinai, KY, she was a daughter of the late Eddie Berry Hatchett and Nettie Hoskins Hatchett.

Including her husband and parents, Lucille was preceded in death by her siblings, Katherine Samples, Bill Hatchett, Everett Hatchett, Oliver "Bob" Hatchett, Francis Monroe, and Hilry Hatchett.

Lucille, a beloved wife and devoted homemaker, leaves behind a legacy of love and service. Married to her husband for an incredible 75 years, Lucille met him while working at Dean & Shirk Thread Factory, where their journey began. As a minister's wife, she passionately supported the church community, dedicating her time to leading youth groups and engaging with senior adults. Her warmth and kindness touched countless lives, and her unwavering faith served as an inspiration to all who knew her. Lucille will be deeply missed, but her spirit and love will continue to shine brightly in the hearts of those she cherished.

Lucille is survived by her sons, Charles Allen Perry (Sherlan) and Ernie Wayne Perry (Pam), all of Lexington; two granddaughters, Laurel Katelyn Perry (Joshua) Fawcett of Wilmore and Kyleigh Madison Perry (Thomas) McClure of Grayson, KY; four great grandchildren, Cheyenne, Kamden, Addison, and Lillie Fawcett; brothers, Donnie and Willis Hatchett of Lawrenceburg; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be 11:00 AM Monday, September 30th at Corinth Christian Church, 1011 Corinth Rd., Lawrenceburg, KY, with burial following in the church cemetery. Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 29th from 4:00 – 7:00 PM at the Ritchie & Peach Funeral Home, 701 N. Main St., Lawrenceburg, and 9:30 AM – 11:00 AM Monday, September 30th at Corinth Christian Church.

Serving as pallbearers will be Tim Perry, Larry Pritt, Connie Drury, Joshua Fawcett, Thomas McClure, and Roger Carlton.
