Mary Catherine Barnes Lake, beloved mother, passed away on December 9, 2018, at the age of 101.

She was preceded in death by her mother Victoria Goff Barnes, father Fount Barnes, brother James Barnes and her sons, Walker Lake, James Lake, and daughter Marilyn McElwain.

She is survived by her sons, Ted Lake, Glenn Lake (Tanya), and daughter Linda Morse (Elwin) and 14 grandchildren.

Graveside service is Wednesday, December 12th at 1:00 p.m. at Hillcrest Cemetery in Lexington, Ky.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association at Alz.org.
