Mary Lee (Adcock) Hayes, 71, died Wednesday, October 24, 2018 at the U.K. Medical Center in Lexington.  Mary was born September 21, 1947 in Farmville, Prince Edward County, VA to the late Dewey Claude and Viola Virginia (Moses) Adcock.  She was preceded in death by her husband Jerry Ray Hayes, who passed away May 27, 2017.

Mary was a homemaker and a member of Freedom Baptist Church.  She enjoyed studying family genealogy and loved her family and church family, and also her little dog and companion, Sheba.

Mary is survived by her children, Heather Renfrow and her husband James of Mundfordville, KY, and David Hayes and his wife Erica of Crestwood; four grandchildren, Ashley and her husband Tyler, Cailinn, Mikaila & Quinn; two brothers, James Adcock and his wife Laurie and Steve Adcock and his wife Donna.

Services will be 1:00 P.M., Friday, October 26, 2018 at the Freedom Baptist Church with Bro. Steve Wells and Gene Chapman officiating.  Burial will follow in the Freedom Baptist Church Cemetery.  Visitation will be from 11 A.M. till time of service, Friday at the church
