Marian Louise Orcutt Masters, 87, wife of the late Reverend Ronald Joseph Masters, passed away Tuesday, November 28, 2017 at her home. Born January 6, 1930 in Brackenridge, PA and raised in Corsica, PA, Marian was the daughter of the late John Ezra Orcutt and Mary Elizabeth Potter Orcutt.

Mrs. Masters' served in the ministry with her husband in fourteen United Methodist Churches over a period of 42 years. Although a lifelong Methodist, she was a current member of the Sand Spring Baptist Church in Lawrenceburg. Marian was a beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother and was loved by all.

Mrs. Masters' is survived by her children, Richard L. Masters (wife Susan K.) of Goshen, KY and Candace Masters Moore (husband Randall) of Lawrenceburg; three grandchildren, Hannah (Benjamin) Shepple, Sally (Chase) Groomes, and Nathan E. Smith; four great-grandchildren, Isaiah, Elliana, Charlie, and Susie Wren; her sister, Doris Larsen of DuBois, PA; and her brother, Barry (Shirley) Orcutt of Corsica, PA. Including her husband and parents, Marian was preceded in death by five siblings.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, Dec. 2 ^nd beginning at 1:00 PM at the Sand Spring Baptist Church, 1616 Harrodsburg Rd., Lawrenceburg, KY. Dr. Mike Hamrick will officiate the service. Visitation will be held on Friday from 6 – 8 PM and 11 – 1 Saturday all at Sand Spring Baptist Church. A private interment will be held on Monday, Dec. 4 ^th at the Lexington Cemetery.
