Maggie Koger Baker, age 97, wife of the late Howard M. Baker, passed away Friday, July 5, 2024 at the The Lantern of Morning Pointe in Frankfort, Kentucky.  Maggie was born February 2, 1927 in McCreary County, Kentucky to the late Ephriam Koger and Lillie Hill Koger.

Including her husband and parents, Maggie was preceded in death by two sons, Robbie Baker and Doug Baker; a grandson, Stephen Baker; a daughter-in-law, Nancy Baker; and several brothers and sisters.

Maggie was a homemaker and of the Baptist Faith. She enjoyed flowers, quilting and crocheting.

Maggie is survived by two sons, Jerry L Baker his wife Edwinna, and Ronald Baker, all of Lawrenceburg; grandchildren, Tim Baker and wife Rachel, Teresa Holland and husband Kenny, Rhonda Baker and Dawn Baker; great grandchildren, Hannah Baker, Mason Baker and wife Allisan, Sarah Baker, Kaitlynn Holland and Lauren Holland; and a great great granddaughter, due in August, Heidi Jane.

Funeral service will be 1:00 P.M., Thursday, July 11, 2024 at the Ritchie & Peach Funeral Home with Bro. Noal Cotton, Jr. officiating. Burial will follow in Hebron Cemetery in Anderson County. Visitation will be Thursday from 10:00 A.M. till time of service at 1:00 P.M.

Casket bearers will be Tim Baker, Mason Baker, Kenny Holland, Ernest Guthrie, Mikie Simpson and Ray Choate.
