Lisa Gay Reffitt Stevens, 60, passed away April 22, 2021 at Frankfort Regional Medical Center, Frankfort, KY.  Born September 20, 1960 in Lexington, Ky, she was the daughter of the late Troy Reffitt and Mildred Helemburg.

A former insurance specialist with First General Services, Lisa enjoyed cooking, watching TV and her dogs.

Lisa is survived by her fiancé Raymond Boyd of Lawrenceburg; a daughter LaTasha Nicole Stevens; step sons Raymond James Boyd and Franki "Little Frank" Price; six grandchildren, Micah, Keaton, Aubrey, Kaleb, Riley and Madison; and her siblings, Nina (husband Danny) Bedwell and Terry Riffitt, all of Ohio, Tony (wife Lola) Riffett and Brenda (husband Mike) Wells, all of Lexington.  She was preceded in death by her first husband, Frankie Stevens and a step-son Frankie James Stevens.

A time of visitation with the family will be held on Friday, April 30 ^th from 10 – 12 noon at Ritchie & Peach Funeral Home.  A graveside service will follow at the Alton Cemetery in Anderson County, KY.
