Linda Forbes Service Broadcast

Linda May Howard Forbes, 66, wife of the late Michael Keith Forbes, passed away Friday, March 15, 2024 at her home in Lawrenceburg.  Born in Circleville, OH on February 22, 1958, she was the daughter of late Odie Howard and Erma Wells Howard.

Along with her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Mary Ann Howard, Sandy King, Betty Murmann, Ron Howard, Dennis Howard, and Bonnie Carpenter.

Linda worked as an administrative assistant for the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet and was a member of the Lawrenceburg Community Church.

She is survived by her children, Steven Michael Forbes (wife Wendy) and Melissa Kay Case, both of Lawrenceburg; a grandson, Kurtis Forbes; three great grandchildren, Oliver, Elliot, and Silas Forbes; a sister-in-law, Mary Burke of Ashland; and a niece Eryn Burke of Ashland.

Visitation will be held from 11 am – 1 pm Tuesday, March 19, 2024 followed by the funeral service beginning at 1:00 pm Tuesday at Ritchie & Peach Funeral Home.  Bro. Steve Broughton will officiate the service.  Burial will follow in the Lawrenceburg Cemetery.

Serving as honorary bearers will be Richard Howard, John Michael Spears, Michael Carpenter, Nathan Nagork, Jimmy Nagork, and Paul Blair.
