Linda Lee Carter, 66, passed away Monday, February 12, 2018 where she was residing in Lawrenceburg.

Born October 26, 1951 in Lexington, KY, Linda was the daughter of the late Oscar LeLus Carter and Lucille Phillips Short and her husband Hanly Short. She was the niece of the late Carl and Martha Phillips.

Linda was a graduate of Anderson County High School and attended the Kentucky Rehabilitation Center in Louisville. She was a member of the Sand Spring Baptist Church where she sang in the church choir since 1968.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, Feb. 15 ^th from 10 AM –12 Noon followed by her funeral service at 12:00 Noon at Ritchie & Peach Funeral Home. Dr. Mike Hamrick will officiate the service.
