Lillian "Lilly" Margaret Smith Faubus, 79, currently residing with her daughter in Fountain Run, KY, formerly of Arkansas passed away Thursday, September 1, 2016 in Bowling Green, KY. The wife of James Ray Faubus of Arkansas, Lillian was born September 14, 1936 in Lawrenceburg, KY, Lillian was the daughter of the late James Robert Smith and Rosa Belle Hedden Smith Keys.

Along with her parents she was predeceased by a sister, Virginia Waldridge and a brother James Gordon Smith.

In years past, Lillian worked as a medical tech in various nursing homes and hospitals. She enjoyed gardening, quilting, and reading.

Other survivors include her four children, Brenda Southard of Fountain Run, Sherri Terry of Columbia, KY, Leonard Lee Kincaid of Adair County, and Sandra (Rob) Roquemore of Irvine, KY; 9 grandchildren; and 13 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Tuesday, Sept. 6th at Ritchie & Peach Funeral Home, 701 N. Main St., Lawrenceburg, KY. Burial will follow in the Alton Cemetery in Anderson County, KY. Visitation will be from 12 noon – 1: 00 PM Tuesday.
