Larry Wayne Grimes, 67, passed away January 27, 2021 at his home.  Born February 10, 1953 in Frankfort, KY, Larry was the son of the late Kenneth and Jenny Harrod Grimes.

Larry served his country in the U.S. Navy, Army, and the Kentucky National Guard.  He worked as a truck driver for Venture Logistics.

He is survived by three children, Larry Wayne Grimes, II of Louisville, Daniel Wayne Grimes of Indiana, and Laura M. Grimes of Lawrenceburg; three grandchildren, Brenden, Gage and Aven; and two brothers, Michael Grimes and Jeffery Grimes, both of Frankfort.

Cremation was chosen.  A memorial service will be held at a later date.  Arrangements are under the direction of the Ritchie & Peach Funeral Home.
