Kristen Nichole Howard, known as "Boots and Carrot Top" to her family, 21, daughter of Shannon and Tina Watson Howard, passed away Tuesday, May 16, 2017 at St. Elizabeth Healthcare in Northern KY.

Kristen was a 2014 graduate and former cheerleader at Anderson County High School and a former CNA at Heritage Hall in Lawrenceburg. Kristen loved her family and her Chihuahua "Cookie".

Along with her parents, Kristen is survived by a sister, Katelyn Renee Howard of Lawrenceburg; paternal grandparents, Don Howard of Piqua, OH and Delena Tipton of Lawrenceburg; maternal grandfather, Thomas Henry Watson of Middletown, OH; an aunt, Alisha Coates of Lawrenceburg; an uncle, Nathan Thomas (Melissa) Watson of Carlisle; and five cousins, Clay and Colton Smith, Elissa, Megan, and Christopher Watson.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, May 20 ^th at Ritchie & Peach Funeral Home with visitation from 12 – 2 PM followed by the service at 2:00 PM led by Pastor Netta Murphy. Burial will follow in the Howard Family Cemetery in Anderson County, KY.
