Edwin Keith Royalty, 56, husband of Terri Sanford Royalty, passed away Saturday, June 10, 2017 at the home of his mother, surrounded by his loving family. Born October 27, 1960 in Chattahoochee, GA, Keith is the son of Joyce Cheak Royalty and the late Bruce Edwin Royalty.

A group leader at Toyota Motor Manufacturing in Georgetown, KY, Keith was a 1978 graduate of Anderson County High School. Keith was a member of First Baptist Church where he was a teacher of the Encouragers Sunday School class and a member of the Hims of Harmony. He loved racing (crew chief for his son) and formerly served as President of KY Karting Association. He was a member of the Wheels of Time Car Club and enjoyed traveling and going on cruises with his family.

Including his wife and mother, Keith is survived by his children, Brian (Heather) Royalty of Cynthiana and Nickie (Kenneth) Monroe of Lawrenceburg; his two grandchildren, Nick Royalty and Katie Monroe; his sister, Lisa (Chris) Blandford of Mt. Washington; his brother, Darren Royalty of Lawrenceburg; and his in-laws, Bill and Doris Sanford of Harrodsburg.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, June 14 ^th at First Baptist Church, 111 N. Main St., Lawrenceburg, KY. Dr. Robert Ehr and Bro. Garrett Franklin will officiate the service. Burial will follow in the Lawrenceburg Cemetery. Visitation will be 3 – 8 PM Tuesday and after 9 AM Wednesday, all at First Baptist Church.

Serving as pallbearers will be Darren Royalty, Blake Royalty, Chris Blandford, Curtis Blandford, Spencer Cheak, and Tom Yankey. Honorary bearers will be Katie Monroe, Nick Royalty, Nick Maples, Richard and Mike Henderson, Steve Sanford, Steve Coulter, Barry Eubank, and the members of the Encouragers Sunday School class.
