Kathleen Lee "Kathy" Dugan-Ellett, 63, wife of the late William "Bill" Christopher Ellett, passed away Monday, March 20, 2017. Born June 17, 1953 in Houston, Texas, Kathy was the daughter of the late George T. Dugan and Helen Margaret Whittle Dugan.

Kathy was an employee of Hewlett Packard working contract services for Kentucky Medicaid program. Kathy was full of life and enjoyed watching football and NASCAR, celebrating Christmas and was probably best known for her presence at Applebee's in Frankfort.

Kathy is survived by a son, William Branden Ellett; three grandchildren, Kayleandra, Brielle, and Roxanna; a sister, Barb Sanders (Gregg Spicer), all of Lawrenceburg; and a special friend, Penny Randt of Dallas, TX.

A Celebration of Kathy's Life will be held from 4 – 7 PM Friday, March 24 ^th at the Ritchie & Peach Funeral Home, 701 N. Main St., Lawrenceburg, KY. Cremation will follow the celebration.
