Julia Manley Woodrow , 85, wife of the late Clarence Benard "Woodie" Woodrow, passed away Monday, April 7, 2025, at FRMC in Frankfort, KY. Julia was born in Woodford County, KY, on January 18, 1940, to the late Carl Porter Manley and Mildred Rebecca Mitchell Manley.

Along with her husband and parents, Julia was preceded in death by her siblings, William Rice, Bobby Rice, Jean Goldey, and Neville Gay.

Julia was a graduate of Versailles High School and dedicated many years of hard work as a glass plant machine operator at Sylvania. Julia found great joy in the simple pleasures of life—sewing, crocheting, reading, and tending to her garden. Her greatest happiness, however, came from the time she spent with her beloved family, whom she cherished above all else. Julia's kindness, strength, and love will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who knew her.

Julia is survived by four children, Victoria (Randy) Cunigan of Lawrenceburg, KY, Marsh (Anessa) Woodrow of Lawrenceburg, KY, Marsha (Patrick) Blevins of Lawrenceburg, KY, and Jeannie Walker of Versailles, KY; eight grandchildren, Brittany (Randy) Bullock, Kasey (Austin) Shewmaker, Aaron (Taylor) Dennis, Zachary (Zoe) Dennis, Andrew (Taylor) Woodrow, Ethan Woodrow, Meghan Woodrow, and Rebecca Walker; thirteen great grandchildren, Karter, Myla, Oaklen, Bentley, Branson, Noraa, Weston, Ryleigh, Everly, Dallas, Roman, Avery, and Hudsyn; and two siblings, Effie Laye and Myrtle King.

Visitation will be held on Friday, April 11, 2025, from 11:00 AM until 2:00 PM at Ritchie & Peach Funeral Home, immediately followed by her funeral service at 2:00 PM. Bro. Tony Hancock will officiate the service. Burial will follow in the Lawrenceburg Cemetery.

Serving as pallbearers will be Andrew Woodrow, Ethan Woodrow, Aaron Dennis, Zachary Dennis, Randy Bullock, Austin Shewmaker, Dallas Brown, and Roman Brown. Serving as an honorary bearer will be Allen Perkins.
