Judith Fay Goodlett Wash, age 77, wife of the late Wilson "Nappy" Wash, Jr., passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, August 28, 2025 at her home. Judith was born September 12, 1947 in Anderson County, KY to the late Earl Goodlett and Evelyee Stratton Goodlett and was a member of Ninevah Christian Church.

Judith is survived by her daughters, Angela (John) Castanis and Sandy Doss; five grandchildren, John William, Samantha, Andrew, Elias and Ethan; seven great grandchildren, Jackson, Maddy, Floyd, Vincent, Norah, Bruce and Audrey; siblings, Barry, Earl Ray, Shirley, Joyce and Debbie; her dear friend, Roy Vaughn;  and many nephews and nieces.

In addition to her husband and parents, Judith was preceded in death by a daughter, Charlene Wash Meeks, and siblings, Buddy, Floyd, Charles and Mildred (Sug).

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 2, 2025 from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M. with the funeral service at 7:00 P.M. Tuesday at the Ritchie & Peach Funeral Home.  A private burial will be observed.
