Jonathan Lee Darnell, 39, passed away on August 9, 2026, at his residence in Lawrenceburg, Kentucky. He was born on September 2, 1986, in Frankfort, Kentucky, to Joseph Allen Darnell and Bobbi Kaye Peach Darnell.

Jonathan was a lifelong resident of Lawrenceburg and worked in various construction jobs throughout his career. In his free time, he enjoyed fishing and spending time outdoors.

In addition to his parents, Jonathan is survived by his children, Katie Leigh Darnell and Landon Allen Darnell, both of Lawrenceburg; and his brother, Joseph Bryan Darnell.

In keeping with Jonathan's wishes, cremation was chosen, and no services will be held at this time.
