JoAnne Elizabeth Kelley DuBois, 73, wife of 53 years to Robert E. DuBois, passed away Tuesday, October 4, 2016 at her home. Born July 7, 1943 in Monticello, NY, JoAnne was the daughter of the late George and Caroline Kinnie Kelley.

A retired mail carrier with the U.S. Postal Service, JoAnne was a former 4-H Leader while living in New York, a member of the Lawrenceburg First Presbyterian Church and an avid animal lover and animal rescuer.

Along with her husband, JoAnne is survived by three children, Janene DuBois of Honesdale, PA, Cathy DuBois of Brooklyn, NY, and Stephen E. DuBois of Lawrenceburg; a granddaughter, Misty (Easton) Sampson of Lake Arial, PA; one great grandchild, Liam Allen Sampson; a brother, George Kelley of Monticello, NY; a sister-in-law, Nancy (Gerald) Brown of Jeffersonville, NY; and several nieces and nephews.

A time of visitation with JoAnne's family will be held on Sunday, October 9th at the Lawrenceburg First Presbyterian Church from 12:30 – 1:30 PM. Cremation was chosen.

Arrangements are entrusted to the Ritchie & Peach Funeral Home.
