James Robert "Jim" Grooms, Jr., age 61, husband of  41 years to Martha Ann Aderman Grooms, passed away Monday, October 4, 2021 in Frankfort.  Jim was born October 5, 1959 in Florida to the late James Robert Grooms, Sr. and Mary Jean Grooms.

Jim worked as a security officer, in charge of collecting the daily income from several different gas stations for many years.  He also assisted with several other jobs while working for the gas  stations.

Including his wife Martha, Jim is survived by his sons, James Robert Grooms, III and Nathan Grooms, of Frankfort;  a grandson, Jacob Lane Hockensmith;  and a brother, Kevin Grooms and his wife Sandy of Lawrenceburg.

No services are scheduled at this time.  Jim chose cremation,
