Jeremy Lee Bowen, 51, passed away March 17, 2026. Born February 9, 1975 in Versailles, to Judy Lee Perry Hatter and the late Jackie Curtis Bowen.

Jeremy attended Ninevah Christian Church, where he was taught the saying "love thy neighbor", he took this task very seriously. He spent lots of time helping his neighbors and talking to people. The saying, "He doesn't know a stranger," perfectly described Jeremy. His mother said, "He loves to talk, talk, talk, talk." More than anything he loved his family.

Along with his father, Jeremy was preceded in death by his step-father, Jackie Hatter.

Jeremy is survived by his mother whose taken care of him for his whole life, Judy Lee Perry Hatter of Lawrenceburg; his brother, Curt Bowen, Jr. (Melody Bland) of Lawrenceburg; a nephew, Cody Bowen (Lynsey); a niece Laiken Bowen (Cody Dunn); and four great nieces and nephews, Mila Shae Linton, Emerson Lynn Bowen, Lillian Grace Bowen, Braxtyn Lee Bowen, and Bentley Lake Dunn.

Visitation will be held Friday, March 20, 2026 from 4:00PM – 8:00PM and Saturday, March 21, 2026 from 10:00AM – 11:00AM at Ritchie and Peach Funeral Home. Funeral service to follow at 11:00AM with Terry Cooper officiating. Interment afterwards at Lawrenceburg Cemetery.

Serving as pallbearers will be Curt Bowen, Jr., Cody Bowen, Travis Bowen, Robbie Hicks, Donald Ray Perry, John Dean Asburn, BJ Perry, and Cody Dunn.
